I run a private country house retreat with my husband Ian, intended to give you the chance to step off the hamster wheel of your life, reflect, relax and feel empowered to make changes for the better. What’s special about retreats here? Our guests tell us it’s the highly personal and discrete service offered, with plenty of loving, nurturing, caring support. All in beautiful, peaceful surroundings (the house is set 150m off a quiet country lane) with stunning countryside on the doorstep, just one hour from central London.
