Women’s well-being with flower and other essences

New wisdom for women

In our society we have become far removed from our natural cycles – both monthly and life cycles. We have become conditioned to fear physical changes and life stages rather than celebrate our bodies and nurture the wisdom within each life phase for our personal fulfillment.

The Newtonian model of the body assumes we are a bio-machine – a collection of individual working parts. Also, if you know all the pieces of the machine, the working parts and how they are put together, then you can fix it or build a new one.

The energetic perspective of the body takes in other dimensions of influence – which science is just beginning to wake up to.

Bringing in principles from the Chinese Five Element Theory, the knowledge of Dr. Christiane Northrup (author of Women’s Body’s, Women’s Wisdom), Louise Hay (author of You Can Heal Your Life) and more, this course aims to inspire you to explore the wisdom within your body for balance and the connection with your mind and life force for your total well-being.

Learn how to listen to, interpret and work positively with messages from your body. And new ways to deal with fear when things seem to ‘go wrong’.

We’ll also be exploring how essences help you attune to your body, help you manage stress, feel more relaxed and focused, help with e.g. hormone health, migraines, and emotional well-being.

With practical tips, case studies, and experience with essences (as well as choosing your own personal blend to take away) to empower you with knowledge to help create peace and well-being in your daily life.

“The old world Newtonian model of medicine lacks an appreciation of seemingly intangible things such as emotion, consciousness and the energy and life force of soul and spirit. Although modern physicians have begun to appreciate some of the emotional contributions to illness, the majority of today’s doctor’s deal with such issues primarily by prescribing antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs or by referring patients to psychiatrists for additional drug treatment and psychotherapy. Although many pioneering medical researchers in the field of psychosomatic medicine have sought to study the physiological links between brain and body during various emotional and stressful states, few fully appreciate the bigger picture of human beings as dynamic energy systems of body, mind and spirit.”

Dr. Richard Gerber, author Vibrational Medicine for the 21st Century
