Our work is not merely a nice 'add on'. Having spent 18 years in the Advertising Business, finally as top level director of a large London Advertising Agency as Client Services Director and Head of Personnel (now called HR), I fully appreciate the stresses of daily business life from a personal and business perspective. I also appreciate the need to move mountains at short notice - this was my daily brief in Advertising and expectations I had of my team. Had I known then what I know now - and practice daily - I believe my personal performance would have more than doubled - at least.

The money bit

We have a rate card, we also understand in these challenging times that budgets are stretched, and appreciate staff and company well-being may not come high up the list. So we like to 'walk our talk' where money is concerned. Get us in to talk first of all, for free. No charge. After all, we are talking about the importance of personal relationships. And you have to meet us and get to know us first to decide if you want to step into a relationship with us.

We'll listen to your situation. We'll share some insights for starters.

If you want to take it further, there are a couple of ways we can work it. Either we set a fee for our involvement. Or we charge a nominal rate and you give us dharma as the relationship develops. That is, you pay us what you feel our work is worth to your company, when you start to see the results.

Coming from a commercial background, with a science degree and a mind (and body) once closed to anything outside the medical world, Shelley is now a Shamanic Life Coach and Energy Medicine Practitioner, working with vibrational essences, meditation, mind/body well-being and other tools for conscious living and conscious business practice.

We also have a dedicated Oast House retreat centre in the Kent countryside just one hour south of London for people to learn effective, sustainable strategies for peace and well-being. It is also a conference/small meeting venue.

What we offer

Personal coaching - sometimes called life coaching

Staff well-being - mental, emotional - and spiritual. Now don't switch off, this has nothing to do with organised religion. What we mean here is helping people understand the essence of themselves. And in doing so, they get a different perspective on their stress, mental fatigue, depression, anxiety or whatever is troubling them. Meditation, visualisation, breath work for success  -  training the mind and body to think, breath and feel well, and to live success.

Laughter Yoga sessions - this simple well-being method is used the world over by major corporations such as IBM, police forces, health services and schools, Laughter Yoga is proven to help depression, significantly reduce stress and lower blood pressure, even help asthma and allergies. Laughter is free and totally natural medicine!
