setting of The Energy Centre -
For anyone looking to rest for a while, have quiet time, be with like minded people, explore new horizons, learn peaceful ways, be inspired with simple yet powerful ideas to give daily life more colour and meaning. You may be starting out on a journey of discovery or well along the way. Shelley translates ancient wisdom for modern life, for you to leave with practical wisdom designed to enhance your everyday life in ways that are personal to you.
Working with flower and other essences from all over the world, the weekend also includes learning about the doctrine of signatures – nature’s hidden healing language – and making an essence in nature. You’ll be invited to choose vibrational essences from Shelley’s extensive collection to use in relation to meridians and acupuncture points to enhance the natural flow of chi and wisdom in your body. And to explore the secret life of nature through flower devas and nature spirits.
We will share a cleansing ceremony out in nature and enjoy essence journeys to access the wisdom you always carry with you to help you find your own answers to life’s many challenges.
You’ll have time to journal, draw wisdom cards, read, listen to relaxing music, connect with seasonal flowers, draw flowers and simply ‘be’.

Day attendance price for both days: £95 per person to include lunch and refreshments
Saturday/Wednesday night B&B at The Energy Centre: £45 person (dinner not included – there is a kitchen for you to prepare your own food if you prefer this to going out). 3 comfortable double rooms only, sharing a bathroom. Local B&B’s also available – please ask for details.
